If you’re tired of swapping orthotics between shoes, or if you need another pair of orthotics to fit a specific shoe or for a specific activity, now is the time to contact us to get another pair of orthotics.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR NEW ORTHOTICS

The easiest way to order your new orthotics is to drop into our clinic, as we can process your private health claim immediately and you can simply pay the gap payment. You do not need an appointment for us to reorder orthotics, as long as the orthotic design is the same as last pair, and there are no new injuries, and if your scans have been taken within the last 5 years. If you choose this option, once you’ve presented at our clinic to process your health fund claim and pay your gap, you will be booked for a fitting appointment at about 2 weeks.

If you are unable to present to our clinic to reorder your new orthotics, you can order and pay for your orthotics over the phone and you will receive an email with your invoice for you to claim directly with your private health fund. You will either rebook for a fitting appointment, or you can simply come and pick them up when they are ready. If necessary, we can post you your new orthotics for an additional postage fee.

What if I have a new foot problem, or if the orthotics will be for a different type of shoe?

If you have a new foot problem or injury, or if you are wanting to fit your new orthotics into a different type of shoe, you will need to come in for an appointment to review your injury or review the design of the custom orhotics.
